Join us for a day of fun and friendly competition at the Shalom 6th Annual Golf Outing! This exciting event will take place on Tue, Sep 17, 2024, starting at 09:00 AM in the beautiful Eagle Creek Golf Club.

Shalom Health Care Center, a non-profit primary care facility dedicated to providing quality, affordable, and accessible health care services for all in our community. Our services include low-cost primary and behavioral health care, substance use disorder treatment, and a sliding fee discount program for uninsured patients.

Our vision is health equity, and we strive to overcome socioeconomic barriers to ensure our community has access to essential services. With social workers at both clinic locations, we bridge the gap between medical and socioeconomic needs, fostering economic, social, and health-related wellness.
