Join Embodiment Guide and Shakti Activator Natasha for a joyous summer soltice celebration woven through ceremony, sound, breath, sensual yoga-inspired movement & dance.

Suitable for all abilities, this is a space to soften the masks of performance and producitivity - and surrender to your innately sensual, creative, abundant nature. No experience necesssary - the experience will be guided throughout. Together we will embark on a 90 minute journey:

• Opening ceremony, intention setting & connection circle
• Conscious breath practice
• Sound play & voice activation
• Sensual yoga-inspired movement
• Intuitive dance
• Guided soul journey & closing ceremony
