The Griff Kaz Quartet's first time at Shakti Lounge! This fearsome foursome of masterful musicians propels listeners through Griff's sonic sculptures of the human experience. Griff Kaz returned to buffalo after a decade of playing jazz in the D.C. Area singing and scorching through his triad of instruments: the trumpet, violin, and mandolin. They all come to life with emotions of every color and shape as Griff’s original compositions sculpt intricate harmonies and rhythms into snapshots of human life both simple and profound.
