Shakti Flow and Yoni Nidra

Be held in the grace of Nidra Shakti, as you are guided through a gentle yoga practice for divine feminine nurturance. In this workshop, we will awaken the anahata (heart) and yonisthana (womb space) chakras, and the energetic flow between. Through simple rhythmic movements, breath visualizations, and a special yoni-centered yoga nidra (conscious sleep meditation), we will honor our womb spaces with love and reverence.

This is an affinity space for women, transwomen, non-binary, and gender-expansive individuals who feel called to honor yonisthana (whether the physical womb is present or not).

All practices are trauma-informed, beginner-friendly, and period-friendly.

Cost: Sliding Scale | $30 (supported) | $35 (standard) | $40 (pay-it-forward)

Participants are welcome to bring:

● An eye cover (e.g., eye pillow, mask, scarf)

● A bolster, pillow, or foldable blanket

● A journal for post-practice integration

The studio will have some yoga mats and blankets also available for use.
