Held by four women who are each reiki practitioners and attuned healers, this session offers a calm, supportive space to unwind and reconnect with yourself. Through voice, and intuitive energy work, you’ll be guided through the breathwork journey to a transformative space of regulation and activation.

This experience is designed to help you release what you’ve been carrying and create space for clarity and renewal. Expect a cozy, candlelit atmosphere, grounding ritual, and gentle facilitation.
