Shaking Clutter, a Movement Workshop with Ess Liebau

Ess’ movement workshop includes a one-hour shake. Shaking is a durational somatic practice where participants continually shake for an extended period of time. Shaking can be a rigorous, raw, gentle, or restful experience, meant for finding joy and pleasure, connecting with one’s body, and/or releasing trauma. Participants will be encouraged to listen to their bodies, go at their own pace, and tune in to their internal world.
No previous experience required. All levels and abilities welcome!
