About this Event
Come shop and network with local black small businesses in the Louisville area. This is a networking social!
There will be a mini cardio workout for the first hour, only 15 min just enough before the sweat starts falling. Within that hour there will be some nutrition talk, special guests and a small meal replacement shake. Be sure to sign up upon arrival.
Make sure you leave room cause there will be a buffet and some treats!
Right after the Body, Mind and Soul session, the painting will begin follow by more delicious Treats. In the same space I will have a massage therapist on hand giving 10min massages. Signing up upon arrival is highly recommended!
There will be a 360 photo booth to capture all the fun! Raffles and giveaways will be happening during the whole event !
