Join the Del Shakes Artistic Squad for "Shake It Up: Shakespearean Scenework for Actors of All Levels," a 3-day workshop at OperaDelaware!If you've ever wanted to dip your toe into acting, this is a great chance to try a scene. Learn to decipher your scene under pressure, identify key beats, make bold character choices, work with props and costumes and shape a scene with curiosity and play!
DATES & TIMES:
- Feb. 7 from 10 AM - 4 PM
- Feb. 8 from 11 AM - 3 PM
- Feb. 10 from 6 - 9 PM
Do you have a friend you'd like to work with? Sign up together and get a 15% discount and be assigned in the same scene!
After you sign up, we'll send you a short questionnaire to help your instructors assign your scenes. Upon responding to the questionnaire, the instructors will distribute your part and scene. We ask that you come to the first day of the workshop as familiar with your scene as possible.
PRICING:
- General: $180 for three days
- Early Bird discount (before Jan 25th) - 15% off - $153
