This is a 90-minute beginner-friendly heels class designed to unleash your inner hottie. Expect a strengthening warm-up and stretch, an introduction to heels dance fundamentals, and then a routine where we put it all together. You’ll strut, hair-whip, and serve looks while tapping into your sensual, feminine energy.

Taught by Shaka Lee, everyone's favourite heels teacher. She has been teaching for 7 years in Toronto, Vancouver, Victoria and online. Her classes focus on building confidence, celebrating your unique self-expression and reconnecting to your femininity, all while listening to a killer soundtrack.
