May we present Shadowplay, a most authentic, uncanny simulation/emulation/re-enactment of Joy Division. From ferocious Punk to poignantly epic soundscapes, the band faithfully re-produce the music of Joy Division for you the audience - the fans, always with utmost love and respect for the late great Ian Curtis. It speaks volumes that the lead singer (born in the Manchester area) has performed songs with Peter Hook himself for Joy Division Orchestrated at such esteemed venues as Royal Albert Hall, Sydney Opera House and more.
Control, 24 Hour Party People, and the stage play - New Dawn Fades (for which the lead singer was actually invited to take the lead role in, in 2024)... all impressive, dramatic portrayals featuring Joy Division - seen the lot.
