The Shadow workshop focuses on cultivating awareness of personal judgements, promoting self-compassion, and integrating all facets of our being to achieve wholeness. By acknowledging and making peace with our shadow aspects, we create greater well-being within, reconnect with our inherent wholeness, and develop resilience to triggers. Through mindful acceptance and integration, we transcend judgement and foster forgiveness, compassion, and kindness towards ourselves and others, ultimately leading to healing and self-love. By embracing our shadow we develop a more balanced understanding of ourselves.

Join Jacqueline Stats for an immersive series of personal transformation through the power of coaching. These 90-minute group sessions are structured to complement one another, yet are equally impactful individually. Together we’ll delve into self-discovery, exploring our essence and purpose. Through practical techniques, we’ll learn the art of setting intentions and aligning ourselves for success. We’ll unravel the motivations driving our actions and confront limiting beliefs hindering our progress. Finally, we’ll learn to unmask and clear the emotional toxicity that inhibits growth. Prepare for ah-ha moments, laughter, release, and community.
Jacqueline Stats holds certifications as a Chopra Total Well-Being Coach, a Chopra Meditation Instructor, and a Chopra Health Instructor. She is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer. With a background in Executive Leadership Development and Behavioral Health program design, she offers a comprehensive skill set in promoting holistic well-being.
