This is an all-inclusive, residential event for women to explore their shadows, those frustrating painful persistent patterns that keep happening and no longer serve your life. This event will provide insight and tools for shifting these patterns through teaching and experiential exercises. This happens in a group with experienced Shadow Work(R) certified facilitators, Chrissy McFarren and Paige Gardner. This is an opportunity to give yourself a weekend away from your life: to be fed nourishing food and held on Wellspring's beautiful wooded land.
