Join Kahealani from Unique Intuitions LLC and learn about your Shadow work journey. This shadow work workshop will help you dive into your shadow.
What is your Shadow you might ask? Shadow work is the process of working on your repressed feelings, actions, habits, and life patterns. Shadow work helps you understand on how your unconscious thoughts, beliefs and values shape how you function in the world. Shadow work addresses how we are, how we choose to be, and how we can change what we don't like to live our most authentic life.
Within this 2-hour journey you will work on your current shadow that is present in your life. This workshop is a safe space for all. You will receive Kahealani's Shadow Work Workbook "Get To Know Your Sh*t", a class journal for your personalized messages from Spirit and additional shadow work services to help you along your shadow work journey.
