This is a free, guided social gathering for people who are curious about self-awareness but not interested in turning a night out into group therapy.
Think thoughtful prompts, low-pressure reflection, and conversations that start light and end up surprisingly real. No one is put on the spot. Sharing is always optional. You can participate quietly, socially, or somewhere in between.

There will be: • a simple reflection prompt
• easy conversation starters on the tables
• time to journal, sip, talk, or just observe
• zero fixing, diagnosing, or forced vulnerability

This is not about digging up the past. It’s about noticing patterns, laughing at a few truths, and leaving with a little more clarity than you arrived with.

Come solo. Bring a friend. Order something you enjoy. Stay as long as you like.
