What is Shadow Work
The intention of shadow work is to bring the hidden conditioning back into our consciousness and learn to get them out of running our lives.
Through different practices, we recognize the parts that we hid from or split off earlier in our lives - and integrate them back into our psyches and so we become ‘whole’ truthful authentic human beings.
What we will do:
-3 Days of Guided Shadow Work to explore and integrate your unconscious patterns
*Deep inner healing work overcoming spiritual bypassing
*Group Sessions to share, connect, and grow with a small group of like-minded individuals.
This is for you if you....
Feel blocked in your energy & can’t get out of it
Feel caught up in old repeating mechanisms
Feel stuck in old trauma although have done a lot of work
Notice triggers that lead to acting out
Feel like constantly pleasing others and have a hard time with boundaries

Your guide
Mounira Latrache created the Inner Transformation Academy to guide people toward a life that feels truly authentic, loving, and inspired—where hidden blockages no longer hold you back from your full potential. Her own path of childhood trauma and the search for healing brought her to a deep exploration - ever since she discovered Shadow Work she felt as if there was finally light at the end of the tunnel. It did not only help her heal trauma wounds after years of doing hundreds of trainings, retreats and sessions but also opened her eyes to see the invisible blockages, she could not see about herself and her relationships.
She studied Shadow Work with Dr. Robert Augustus Masters who is one of the leading global experts in this field. As one of his apprentices she feels honored to pass on his profound life's work.
