In this session you will get information on how to identify when you’re touching shadow and steps to take to get more curious about how to work with this energy. In addition, you will be led through guided imagery to connect with your authentic self and the guides that are supporting you now.

In this session you will get the strategy necessary to work with the scarcity mindset and the subsequent process for the fastest way to tap into abundance. You will also be led through a guided meditation that will ground you and assist in the release of fear and resistance.
