Through teachings, group exercises and individual process work you will have an opportunity to:
- Experience immediate and sustained improvements in your wellbeing and performance
- Shift perceived liabilities into assets
- Access and transform anger into power
- Transmute grief into a deep connection with yourself and others
- Turn fear into insight and understanding
- Find compassion, empathy, and acceptance.
This experience offers you an opportunity to work with your shadow and to reclaim disowned gifts and talents.Using proprietary Shadow Work tools, you will gain new perspectives, and experience shifts from damaging patterns that you have been sabotaging the authentic life you want. You will find the gold in your shadow and be able to integrate the lost or disowned aspects of your true self so you can live a life of freedom, passion and personal power.
This is an experiential weekend designed to provide life-changing shifts through in-the-moment transformational exercises. The group is purposefully kept to a small number so individuals can receive one-on-one coaching and instruction from the facilitators. If you have a primary partner, you may find that attending together can strengthen your relationship and bring greater love, acceptance andconnection.
A Shadow Work® Experience offer the opportunity to do “center work,” meaning an individual process in the center of the group, during which you explore a life issue with the help of the facilitators and the attention of the group. The facilitators, using the Shadow Work® tools, help you deconstruct your issue, so that you can view the shadow objectively. With your choice, they can suggest new perspectives and facilitate powerful techniques for transforming and reintegrating the energy of the shadow. Many people proclaim that one center work process is like a year of therapy, it's that's impactful!
You can also attend a seminar without doing centerwork, and still have a transformational experience. You will be guided to explore your shadows through the lens of the archetypes, Sovereign, Lover, Magician and Warrior. And as you watch and support work done by others, you will share in the transformation of shadows similar to your own as well as increase your capacity for compassion, empathy, and acceptance.
Your facilitators for the experience will be Chris Mosher and Shari Marbois. They are certified Shadow Work® facilitators, coaches and trainers with over 20 years of experience.
As founders of Liminal Systems, they create and facilitate experiences for individuals and organizations designed to catalyze authentic, active, and aligned leadership.
Since 2005, Chris and Shari have created multiple transformational experiences and have lead over 1,000 individuals through Shadow Work® processes.
