shadow work refers to the practice of exploring, acknowledging, and integrating the hidden or suppressed aspects of the self—often called the “shadow.” These are parts of one’s psyche that may hold repressed emotions, unhealed wounds, fears, or traits we deny or avoid.
The purpose of shadow work is not to eliminate these aspects but to understand them, bring them into conscious awareness, and transform the lessons they hold into sources of personal strength and wisdom.
In this class, Rev Iris will teach the basics of shadow work, and how to practice it using tools such as journaling, meditation, ritual, divination, or guided visualization to engage with your shadow.
