I am Andie, I work in healthcare for over 20 years. In 2021, I experienced a profound spiritual awakening that fundamentally transformed my perspective on life. This awakening led me to the practice of shadow work – a deep, introspective journey of uncovering and integrating the hidden aspects of myself. Through this process, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of my vulnerabilities and strengths, ultimately fostering personal growth and resilience.
Today, I merge my extensive healthcare experience with my spiritual insights, striving to bring a holistic approach to wellbeing. My goal is to support others in their paths to healing, self-discovery, and empowerment.
In this class, you will be guided through Andy's shadow work journal
(a self-discovery journey). You will be guided in how to engage in shadow work. You will receive assistance on how to deal with some of the aspects that come up on your journey & how best to honor yourself on your journey.
