Carl Jung’s principles of shadow work illuminate this exploration of shifting roles and spiritual transition. Together, we will examine the parts of ourselves we unconsciously hide, and learn how these unseen forces shape both our individual lives and our culture. Through meaningful discussion, this weekly gathering will explore The Inner Work of Age: Shifting from Role to Soul by Connie Zweig. Zweig guides us, through various spiritual practices and shadow awareness, to break through veiled resistance at this threshold into the next stage of life. Guided by longtime facilitator Wendy Herschman, this Circle combines short meditation, reflection, and group inquiry to deepen self-awareness and nurture conscious spiritual aging.
This circle welcomes seasoned spiritual seekers and curious beginners alike. Discover new ways to shift from life “roles” to the deeper truth of who you are becoming.
