We all have shadows. They take the form of escapism, avoidance, reactivity, and more, and yet they all have a similar effect on our minds, bodies, and lives: they shut down our flow of energy and inspiration.
This is a workshop about befriending the shadows we fear, and discovering gentle yet effective ways we can navigate our own darkness.
Through writing, breathwork, guided practice, and more, we’ll alchemize our experience of inner and outer shadow work, leaving us with tools for finding center and navigating the tides of light and darkness in ourselves.
