About Speakers
Stephanie Esther Fam is a public speaker, writer and poet who is deeply devoted to her passion. It is in her nature to be curious about the core of each individual’s unique personality and delve into her unconventional views on social norms. Stephanie’s gift in utilising the exact words to reach people’s opinions and emotions was not discovered until later in life – a late bloomer – some may call this group of young adults who realise their potential relatively later than most of their peers.
Jennifer Anne Champion is best known as a poet, educator and archivist. She has written two collections of poetry - A History of Clocks (2015) and Caterwaul (2016). She has also been called a household name in Singapore spoken word by Tatler Asia and gifted with “swift, animated style” by Juice Magazine. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Jennifer expanded her artistic practice with textiles and music. Self-taught in both respects, Jennifer enjoys translating her poems and the works of her collaborators into new mediums. It is her pleasure and honour to work with Stephanie Fam to breathe new life into her work.
Stephanie Dogfoot started performing spoken word poetry in 2008 and hasperformed her work across 13 different countries. Stephanie's first poetry collection Roadkill for Beginners was published in 2019 by Math Paper Press and she is a coeditor of EXHALE: An Anthology of Queer Singapore Voices. She is the founder andproducer of a poetry night called "Spoke and Bird" and can be found on Instagram at @stephdogfoot.
