Welcome Shabbat with Guided, Contemplative Movement Six Saturday mornings at CRC from 9:10-9:50 a.m. prior to services

Our instructor will be Melissa Rolnick, Professor Emerita of Dance from Gustavus Adolphus College in MN.
• No registration required; no fee
• Feel free to drop in one time or every week.
• For ages 18 and up– of all abilities
