Join us on April 28th for an Undie Run & Clothes Drive!

WHO: Shabangers

WHAT: 2 mile Undie Run & Clothes Donation Drive

WHEN: Thursday, April 28th. Show up at 7:30pm.

WHERE: The run starts at Cuesta Canyon Park and ends on the back patio of Mo-Tav!

HOW: Register now! Bring clothes to donate and show up at Cuesta Canyon Park around 7:30pm on 4/28. Get your ticket scanned at the donation booth, give them your clothes donation, get a wristband & bag. Strip down to your undies and place your clothes in the bag. Take that bag to the clothes check booth near the parking lot where you’ll sign in, give them your bag of clothes, and receive a number. The run starts at the giant arch in the park at 8:30 sharp! Once you get to the back patio of Mo-tav, you’ll give the booth your number and they’ll return your clothes to you. If you are 21+, feel free to walk directly into Mo-Tav and enjoy the Undie Runner Drink Special ‘The Electric Sunrise'.

Is clothing optional at the Undie Run?

Shabang celebrates freedom of individual expression, and while we love all bodies, this is a family-friendly event and the law states public nudity is prohibited.

Can I run in the middle of the road?

Absolutely not! Above all else, Shabang strives to provide a safe experience for all attendees. All runners must run strictly on the sidewalk.

Do I need to wait until the cross walk sign is on?

Yes, everytime.

Can I run my own route?

We encourage all Undie Runners to stick to the route we’ve created. We curated this route to be safest possible with very few road crossings,

Will there be crossing guards?

Yes, there will be crossing guards stationed throughout various spots on the route.

Am I required to bring clothes to donate?

No, but it’s heavily encouraged.

7:30pm on Thursday, April 28th.

What if I’m not 21 and can’t go into Mother’s Tavern?

That’s OK! You’ll be in the heart of downtown San Luis Obispo and there’s a plethora of under 21 spots you could walk to easily.
