The City of Alvin invites you to an open house with guest speakers from the TxDOT and Ferrovial Construction-Webber project team delivering the SH 99 Grand Parkway, Segment B-1 project.
About the Project: SH 99 Grand Parkway Segment B-1 includes four new SH 99 tolled lanes, two in each direction, for approximately 14 miles from FM 646 to south of FM 2403. Additional Improvements include two direct connectors at the SH 35 interchange, discontinuous frontage roads from I-45 to SH 35, and approximately 6 miles of non-tolled operational improvements to SH 35.
