San Gabriel Valley Spirits Club presents the SGV Agave Fest at Five55 bar (at the Courtyard by Marriott) in Monterey Park on Sunday, June 28 from 2-5 p.m.

Tickets are $75 each. Your ticket includes tasting of all the brands participating, light food, and each ticket enters you in a raffle to win additional prizes including a 1 night stay at the Courtyard by Marriot (Monterey Park location only) and selected bottles from participating brands. Additional food and cocktails can be purchased at the bar. Must be 21+ to attend.

Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, and Assumption of Risk

By participating in SGV Agave Fest, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation
   I am voluntarily attending and participating in this event where alcoholic beverages will be offered for tasting. I confirm that I am 21 years of age or older and will present valid identification upon request.
2. Assumption of Risk
   I understand the nature of this event and accept all risks associated with the consumption of alcohol, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or death. I agree to drink responsibly and understand that consumption is at my own discretion and risk.
3. Health and Behavior
   I certify that I do not have any physical, mental, or medical condition that would make participation in this event unwise or unsafe. I am solely responsible for monitoring my alcohol intake and behavior.
4. Release and Waiver
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Five 55 Bar & Restaurant, its owners, staff, sponsors, vendors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury (including death) that may be sustained while participating in this event.
5. Indemnification
   I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, The Courtyard by Marriott Monterey Park, Five 55 Bar & Restaurant, SGV Spirits Club, its managers and vendors from any liability, claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from my conduct during the event.
6. Photography Release (Optional)
   I grant permission to use my image in event-related photography or video for marketing or promotional purposes, with no compensation due to me.

By purchasing a ticket or entering the event, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver, and agree to its terms voluntarily.

Fest en el bar Five55 (ubicado en el hotel Courtyard by Marriott) en Monterey Park, el domingo 28 de

junio, de 2:00 p. m. a 5:00 p. m.

Las entradas tienen un precio de $75 cada una. Las entradas en pre-venta (disponibles hasta el 31

de mayo de 2026) cuestan $60 cada una. Su entrada incluye degustaciones de todas las marcas

participantes y botanas. Habrá comida y cócteles adicionales disponibles para su compra.

Al participar en el SGV Agave Fest, reconozco y acepto lo siguiente:

1. Participación voluntaria

Asisto y participo voluntariamente en este evento, en el cual se ofrecerán bebidas alcohólicas para

su degustación. Confirmo que tengo 21 años de edad o más y presentaré una identificación válida si

así se me solicita.

1. Asunción de riesgos

Comprendo la naturaleza de este evento y acepto todos los riesgos asociados con el consumo de

alcohol, incluyendo, entre otros, lesiones personales, enfermedades, daños a la propiedad o

fallecimiento. Acepto beber de manera responsable y entiendo que el consumo queda a mi propia

discreción y bajo mi propio riesgo.

1. Salud y comportamiento

Certifico que no padezco ninguna condición física, mental o médica que haga que mi participación en

este evento resulte imprudente o insegura. Soy el único responsable de controlar mi ingesta de

alcohol y mi comportamiento.

1. Exoneración y renuncia

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, exonero, renuncio a reclamar, libero y mantengo indemnes

a Five55 Bar & Restaurant, a sus propietarios, personal, patrocinadores, proveedores y afiliados de

toda responsabilidad, reclamación, demanda, acción o causa de acción que surja de, o esté

relacionada con, cualquier pérdida, daño o lesión (incluido el fallecimiento) que pueda sufrir mientras

participo en este evento.

1. Indemnización

Acepto indemnizar y eximir de responsabilidad a los organizadores del evento, a The Courtyard by

Marriott Monterey Park, a Five55 Bar & Restaurant, a SGV Spirits Club, así como a sus gerentes y

proveedores, frente a cualquier responsabilidad, reclamación, daño o gasto (incluidos los honorarios

de abogados) que surja de mi conducta durante el evento.

1. Autorización de uso de imagen

Otorgo permiso para el uso de mi imagen en fotografías o videos relacionados con el evento, con

fines de marketing o promoción, sin que ello genere derecho alguno a compensación económica a mi

favor.

Al adquirir una entrada o acceder al evento, reconozco haber leído y comprendido la presente

exención de responsabilidad, y acepto sus términos de manera voluntaria.
