Estamos muy excited to host our last strong girl summer event in Tejas.
Are you new to deadlifts, too scared to try or a deadlift struggling to break your old PR! Well , we gotcha. With the help of our badass coaches you will leave this event feeling Fuerte af. Reminder this is for all fitness levels so come in ready to learn!
Not ready to lift but want to be part of the fun, come on over and cheer for others!
