Eden Court and Tobar an Dualchais/Kist o Riches are delighted to premiere two new Scots and Gaelic song commissions at this year’s Under Canvas. The project is supporting two emerging artists, Pippa Wallace and Cailean Jennett, to seek inspiration from traditional songs and stories to create new work.
Pippa and Cailean will perform first, followed by their mentor, singer songwriter Ainsley Hamill. Ainsley, one of the UK’s most distinctive and versatile vocalists, is celebrated for her remarkable voice, rich storytelling, and deeply emotive style.
