Registration closes Friday 22nd November, 1800 GMT. Pre-registration is required.

Refund policy: Should you need to cancel here is our policy for paid tickets. You may make a name change for no extra cost:

• 100% refund if more than 1 week before event
• 50% refund if between 6 days to 48 hours before event
• No refund if within 48 hours (or 2 working days) of the event start time
