Join us for a fun-filled morning in Golden Gate Park! We meet at Hellman Hallow at 7:45 am, lace up your running shoes for a 5 mile scenic run around the park. After our run, we recover with a yoga flow and sound bath. Meet new friends, enjoy the fresh air, and get your workout in - all in one go! See you there!
