While on tour with various bands over the past few years—including Billy & the Kids (led by the Grateful Dead’s Bill Kreutzmann), Jacob Fred Jazz Odyssey and Tea Leaf Green—bassist extraordinaire Reed Mathis spent his spare time rearranging Beethoven’s “Symphony No. 3” and “Symphony No. 6,” recording each newly reimagined movement with a long and impressive “who’s-who” of his musical brethren, including Phish’s Page McConnell and Mike Gordon, Galactic’s Stanton Moore, Brad and Andrew Barr (The Slip / Barr Brothers), Marco Benevento, Joe Russo, Robert Walter and Mike Dillon.

Jordan is one of SF's go-to Keyboard player - he's a regular in 30 or so bands as well as leading his own: He regularly plays with La Gente, American Nomad, Lebo, Stu Allen and Mars Hotel and has recently played with Carolyn Wonderland, Phil Lesh, and G Love. Jordan is the Band Leader and Musical Director for A Real Purpose - and SF based Charity organization that help through music and education. He also runs a project studio in sf - Studio 352He has also played with national acts such as G Love and Special Sauce, ALO, Tea Leaf Green, Anders Osborn, Brett Dennen, George Porter Jr. and many more. Jordan and The RituaL features some of the top players in the San Francisco music scene. This eclectic band of artists all hail from wildly diverse musical backgrounds and infuse their own artistry and intensity to flavor Jordan's original tunes. Jordan's shows often include massive jams with over 13 musicians on stage adding to the contagious, soulful electricity of the RituaL. Jordan and the RituaL is a one of a kind musical experience not be missed.
