Don't like tofu? Then you haven't tried the right recipe. Tofu can be crunchy, chewy, soft, sweet, spicy, savory and surprising. This is a cooking class for a small group with limit of 5 people. You will get a take home bag of goodies. There will be a drawing for a tofu press (value $25.00). Of course, there will be a food sampling all for only $15.00 per person.
