Get ready for an amazing experience to get that body moving in ways that will make you feel so good. This is a class that will be once a month at this time, which will have a different theme each month. This month's theme we will have a seductive heel dance routine.

There will be a confidence boosting photoshoot this month. Be sure to wear red or black lingerie pieces bottoms can be tights or shorts, whatever makes you feel sexy. Have your make up done prior to the shoot if you are interested in taking a sexy photo.
