Empowered & Strong: Women’s Workout Class
Join us for an energizing workout designed to challenge your body and uplift your spirit! This class is all about building strength, confidence, and community. We’ll start with a dynamic warm-up, then target glutes, upper body, and core with powerful, effective exercises. Whether you’re looking to tone, build endurance, or just move your body with purpose, this class is for you!
To wrap up, we’ll come together in a circle to share one thing we love about ourselves—because fitness isn’t just about looking strong, it’s about feeling strong inside and out. Let’s sweat, grow, and celebrate ourselves together! All natural smoothies, juice, and açaí bowls will be available for purchase at the end of class.
