For over five decades, Master Mantak Chia has shared Taoist practices in a way that can be lived and integrated. Through his teaching, people have been introduced to practical ways of working with life force, strengthening the body, and bringing more balance into the system.

This work is rooted in Taoism, a tradition that has explored the relationship between human life and the greater movement of existence for thousands of years. The Tao points to the natural flow that moves through all things. These practices support a return to that flow, allowing the body and mind to come back into balance and vitality.
༄ The Teaching
Master Mantak Chia is originally from Thailand and dedicated his life to teaching about taoism. He is the founder of the Universal Healing Tao system and has taught hundreds of thousands of general students worldwide. Globally more then 5,000 instructors are certified through the Universal Healing Tao (UHT) system.
Master Mantak Chia is also the author of more than 50 books focused on traditional Taoist internal arts, energy cultivation and holistic health. Many of his texts are published by major spiritual houses and have been translated into dozens of languages.
༄ Sexual Alchemy Practices - Healing Love training
This six-day gathering in Stockholm is a daytime retreat setting that offers a space to enter the practice of Taoist Sexual Alchemy, also known as Healing Love.
