Get to know your OverlockerClass Description
Did you get new overlocker? Are you not sure how to thread it, how to use it? Are you “scared” of it? Or would you like to learn more about it, how to use it, what everything it can do and how it can make your sewing life easier? Or are you thinking of buying an overlocker but would like to have a go first to decide if it is the right thing for you?
Then this workshop is just the right thing for you. You either bring your own overlocker and Jitka (our dressmaking teacher) will teach you all about it, or you can use one of our overlockers to see if you would like to invest into buying one.
What do I need to bring?
You will need your overlocker (unless you are new and trying one of ours), manual (if you can find it) and any attachments you have. Essential is to bring good mood, smile, patience, and enthusiasm.
Just to sew things up...
We have plenty of scraps, offcuts and tricky materials for you to try whilst you are familiarising yourself with your machine. Refreshments and biscuits are included.
