Sewing Classes: Beginners & Beyond (3 week course, Monday mornings)
About this Event
This welcoming, beginner-friendly class is the perfect space to build your sewing confidence. Learn the foundational skills of machine stitching, cutting, and following patterns with our studio-provided materials, or bring along your own project to customize with personal touches. You will have the opportunity to add unique touches to your project. Many of our learners bring fabric from well-loved, but worn-out clothes to add sentimental and personal details to their creations.
If you are just starting out, we will provide everything you need in the studio to complete one of our specially designed beginner projects
If you have a bit of experience and prefer to bring your own basic project to work on independently, we would love to see it. All we ask is that you pop into the studio before buying your pattern, fabric, and threads and our tutor will take a quick look to ensure your chosen project is suitable for the class. The course is 9 hours over three weeks, £135 for whole course plus Eventbrite fees
