This summer, Magpie is pleased to offer five sections of very special sewing camps for our students of ALL ages!Week 1, June 25-28 COSPLAY CAMP
Week 2, July 1-3 DOLL & STUFFIE CLINIC
Week 3, July 9-12 FASHION & UPCYCLING CAMP
Week 4, July 17-19 ACCESSORY EXTRAVAGANZA
Week 5, August 5-9 HISTORIC COSTUME CAMP
In our first ever Accessory Extravaganza, students of all abilities will learn the basics of sewing and work on transforming scrap fabric and notions into their very own useful and fashionable accessories! Basic patterning, design, and elements of form and functionality of the chosen accessories will be discussed. Students will then be led in designing and building an accessory (or several) of their choice.
All supplies and material included in registration fee.
Registration $200 per student, and is limited to 6 students per camp.
Camp runs from 10am-2pm each day, with pre-camp and post camp hours available at $10/hr for those who want to add more.
