Sewing & Dressmaking For Improvers (Friday Afternoons)

27/09/24 -1/11/24 Friday Afternoons from 1pm - 4pm - PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO CLASS ON THE 4TH OCTOBER 2024

This course is for those who have already completed the basic introduction to sewing, or have some experience of machine sewing. During this 5 week (15 hour) course , Debs will support you to improve your sewing ability and take you through making a more complex garment from fabric and pattern selection, to trimming and finishing and to complete projects started in the previous course.

Spaces are limited to 6 places so early booking is recommended for these popular classes.

The cost of £112.50 is for the course only. You will need to purchase a pattern and fabric which can be sourced from specialist stockists such as Lingards in Sudbury, or other outlets such as online stores, which means you can buy according to your budget. If you have some fabric in mind that you may already have, please bring it to the first lesson so that you can discuss the suitability with the tutor.

Please bring your own sewing machine.
