Come join us on Saturday 12th October at 10:00 AM to learn how to sew your own Reusable Heat BagABOUT THE WORKSHOP:
Join us on Saturday 12th October at 10:00 am at the Lairg & District Learning Centre for a fun and interactive workshop where you'll learn how to make your own Reusable Heat Bag.
In this fun and practical class, you'll learn how to sew your own microwaveable heat bag! Perfect for soothing sore muscles or keeping warm on chilly nights. We'll cover everything from selecting the right fabric to filling your heat bag with rice. No sewing experience necessary - just bring your creativity and get ready to craft your own cosy creation!
We have material here for use; however, if you would like to bring your own, please try to bring fabrics that are 100% cotton, or near to that percentage. Polyester is more likely to burn in the microwave, so percentage of polyester should be less that 30%.
If you don’t have a machine, please email: [email protected] to borrow one of ours.
