Sew your own Advent Calendar

Make the countdown to Christmas extra special with this original design and each pocket is big enough to fit a goodie in everyday. Make your own, or gift this handmade advent calendar.

You will have a choice of fabrics and letters to choose to adorn your own piece.

Each workshop is run by Michelle who will supply all the materials needed for the calendar unless you’d like to bring your own. Michelle will also supply some sewing machines, if you'd like to bring your own, it is encouraged as it is always good to use your own machine.

The workshop is being held in the meeting room at Roots Larder in Stafford. We will stop for a short lunch so please bring your own food. Light refreshments and a mince pie will be provided.

Michelle is a local seamstress who supplies sustainable products to Roots Larder. She has many years experience in Costume, Bridal and Sewing Workshops. She has a particular interest in using preloved items to upcycle into something new. Please feel free to bring any old clothing, curtains or duvets as these are great to use for the calendars.

Please note, there is a minimum number to run this workshop. If this number is not reached, a full refund will be given.
