Do you have chilly drafts sneaking in through your doors and windows? Join this month’s Green Living Workshop and learn how to sew your very own draft stopper. A simple, eco-friendly, and handmade solution to keep the cold out and the warmth in!
This hands-on workshop is perfect for beginners and seasoned sewers alike. You’ll leave with a custom-made draft stopper and plenty of tips to boost your home’s energy efficiency. Plus, all attendees will be entered for a chance to win energy-efficient door prizes!
What to Bring
- Your own sewing machine if you have one (we’ll have a few available, but extras help!)
- Optional fabric if you want a custom look or plan to make additional stoppers
- Clean plastic bags to use as filler (We recommend avoiding food-based fillers such as rice to prevent mold or pests.)
- Measurements for the door or window you’re making your stopper for—perfect fit guaranteed!
Please note: Tickets are free and only required for registration
