Severance Town Center Redevelopment Update

We know how important the redevelopment of Severance Town Center is to the Heights community and beyond. And so we are excited to offer not just updates about where the process currently stands but let you know about next steps....and how YOU can get involved!

In early March, MPact Collective, the Master Developer on the project, will launch a crowdsourcing website that will allow community members to make suggestions about what could be included in the redevelopment plans AND vote on ideas other folks have already suggested.

At our gathering on March 25, you'll have the opportunity not only to interact with the website but also engage in discussion with fellow community members about what the future of Severance could be!

The event will begin with a short (15-20 minute) presentation by Ryan Porter of MPact Collective and then the rest of the evening will give you the opportunity to join in open-house-style small group discussions.
