Seven Grand Whiskey Society: Scotch Blending Class with Bruichladdich!

Wow, it's already winter everyone!

What more of a perfect way to celebrate than coming by and learning about making scotch, and then making your own perfect scotch whisky! Since it's resurrection in 2001, Bruchladdich have set out to be pioneers in the scotch making world. You might've seen their iconic blue bottle in your local liquor stores, meant to match the waters of the coastline of Islay where the distillery still resides today since it's creation in 1881. Bruichladdich celebrates the differences in their batches of scotch, never striving for absolute consistency, and having unique qualities everytime a new batch releases out into the world.

Now they've taken this philosophy and created a fun tasting for all you wonderful folks to come and try your hand and palate at making your own scotch! Seperating out 8 individual cask components for people to use, 2 different Bourbon casks as well as 6 Wine cask types, guests will get to try a short tasting of Bruichladdich's classic malts and then create a blend of these components for themselves to keep!
