Seven Arrows Breathwork is a powerful, guided journey through the seven directions – West, North, East, South, Above, Below & Within. Release old patterns, gain clarity, and reconnect with your deepest truth. Rooted in ancient wisdom and modern somatic techniques, this experience blends rhythmic breath, visualization, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) to activate transformation on every level.
To accommodate for this event we will be hosting it in our offsite location inside the mall. Use the south entrance and go to the first door on your right, Ken will be there to greet you and check you in. Please make sure you have paid ahead of time. Bring your own mat, pillow and blanket!

Pre-Work
There is a digital release everyone IS REQUIRED to sign prior. Similar to a yoga class, we suggest not a ton of caffeine and no food 2 hours prior.

It is not appropriate for pregnant women or for persons with:
-cardiovascular problems, including angina or heart attack
-high blood pressure,
-glaucoma
-retinal detachment
-osteoporosis
-history of seizures
-stroke
-major psychiatric conditions
-recent surgery, acute infectious illness or epilepsy.
