Join us June 29 & 30 from 1-4pm
at The Players Studio (1400 Blvd. of the Arts, Suite 200).
WHAT TO PREPARE: For auditions, please prepare a 32-bar cut of a song in a similar style to the show you’re interested in. An accompanist will be present, so please bring sheet music.
-If you have a headshot & resume, please bring a copy with you.
–Seussical will hold a dance call at callbacks so if you’re called back, wear something that you can move in for the dance portion.
*Performers of all body types, ages, ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender identities, and abilities are encouraged to audition
SEUSSICAL the MUSICAL:
Now one of the most performed shows in America, Seussical is a fantastical, magical, musical extravaganza! Tony winners, Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty (Lucky Stiff, My Favorite Year, Once on This Island, Ragtime), have lovingly brought to life all of our favorite Dr. Seuss characters, including Horton the Elephant, The Cat in the Hat, Gertrude McFuzz, lazy Mayzie and a little boy with a big imagination – Jojo. The colorful characters transport us from the Jungle of Nool to the Circus McGurkus to the invisible world of the Whos.

LITTLE WOMEN the BROADWAY MUSICAL:
Produced nationally and internationally, Little Women has been praised by critics for its ambition in adapting such a well-known story for the stage. This timeless, captivating story is brought to life in this glorious musical filled with personal discovery, heartache, hope and everlasting love. Based on Louisa May Alcott’s life, Little Women follows the adventures of sisters, Jo, Meg, Beth and Amy March. Jo is trying to sell her stories for publication, but the publishers are not interested – her friend, Professor Bhaer, tells her that she has to do better and write more from herself. Begrudgingly taking this advice, Jo weaves the story of herself and her sisters and their experience growing up in Civil War America.
