Take the classical idea of New Years Resolutions deeper to unveil an intention that won't fade as the year progresses. Mickey Correa will guide you through gentle yoga movements and into meditation to help you connect with your body and set a truly inspired and embodied intention for the New Year.

Bring a journal. All levels welcome.

$25, registration required

Mickey is a 200-hour RYT from West Hartford Yoga. He loves teaching gentle and trauma informed classes with sprinkles of WHY Power movements.

He was the captain of his high school football team and also an amateur boxer at bare bones where he trained with Lindsey Thompson. Over the years Mickey acquired many injuries from these sports and establishing a serious yoga/meditation practice has and continues to help him heal from past physical and mental scars.

Mickey graduated from Trinity College with a B.A. Degree in English. Since then, he has gone on to Independently publish three books of poetry with Barnes & Noble. Mickey loves spending time with family, reading comic books, watching films, walking outside, writing poetry, exercising, and of course, doing yoga!
