Settle & Soften: A Somatic Journey Into Stillness invites students to unwind the deep layers of tension held in the fascia and nervous system through gentle shaking, slow somatic movements, and trauma-informed breathwork. Each class begins with a brief practice to melt accumulated holding—helping the body shift from vigilance to ease. As the physical patterns soften, participants naturally access a steadier inner landscape where breath can flow more freely and the mind can begin to settle.
From this grounded state, students are guided into pranayama practices chosen specifically to down-regulate stress and rebuild a sense of internal safety. Each session closes with a restorative meditation that cultivates a protective cocoon around the body—an energetic sanctuary for rest, reflection, and resilience. Over the three-week journey, students learn how to create spaciousness in their bodies, softness in their breath, and a reliable inner refuge they can return to again and again.
$75 for series includes recording of each class, available for 2 months after class for review.
