In the Setting The Goal Workshop, we’ll help you identify the areas where you get stuck in your life and how in the past, these blocks may have sabotaged your success, leaving you lost and overwhelmed. Identifying these sticky places is essential to achieving the very thing you want!

Cancellation Policies: Note: Any sterling amounts listed on this site are in Sterling (£) as Clearmind International Trainings UK Ltd is a company registered and operating in the United Kingdom. Refunds are issued in the currency of purchase which is sterling. If the currency needs to be converted for the refund, then the current currency rate, and not the currency rate at the time of the order, is used in the conversion. This means that charges will be subject to the currency exchange rates in effect through your credit card or bank at the time of the charge. Should you request a refund, you will be refunded in Sterling, and that refund will also be subject to the currency exchange rates in effect through your credit card or bank at the time we process the refund. This means that even if we issue a full refund, the amounts that appear on your statement are unlikely to match, due to the different buying/selling rates banks charge for currency exchange.
3-day workshops (or less):
1. Non Residential Workshop prices include a £100 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to hold your spot. Any refund provided will be the amount paid less the £100 deposit.
2. Residential Workshop prices include a £150 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to hold your spot. Any refund provided will be the amount paid less the £150 deposit.
3. In the unlikely event of a Clearmind International Trainings UK Ltd seminars, workshop or a training event being cancelled by Clearmind International Trainings UK Ltd for any extraordinary reasons including but not limited to:
• Illness, unavoidable travel delays or death of the facilitator/speaker.
• “Act of God” or Force Majeure
• Public Health Emergency.
• Minimum group size not achieved
Clearmind International Trainings UK Ltd will refund of all monies paid under the contract for the seminar, workshop, or training event.
Clearmind International Trainings UK Ltd accepts no responsibility for any further costs or expenses incurred by you, e.g. travel, accommodation, loss of earnings etc. in the unlikely event of the seminar, workshop or training event being cancelled.
4. Participant Cancellation
a) If the participant cancels up to one day prior to the workshop start date: full refund minus the deposit – or the option to credit to a future workshop (a £50 transfer fee will apply).
b) If the participant cancels on the day of the workshop – no refund. Any fees paid, less the £100 or £150 deposit, depending on the workshop, will be held as a credit toward a future workshop.
c) For cancellations after the workshop has started, no refund and no credit forward.
Disputes: Clearmind International Trainings UK Limited is a company in the United Kingdom, and as such any disputes will be solely settled in a court in the Jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.
Confidentiality: You agree you are participating in this workshop of your own volition, and any information you share about your personal life and experiences is of your own choosing. You understand your information is held confidential within the Clearmind organization as a whole, and will not be shared externally without appropriate permissions. You understand that you will be provided with an informed consent document to review and sign that further details confidentiality.
Proprietary Information: You understand that the teachings, processes, audio visual material of works, and other material containing proprietary information, originating from or through Clearmind International or its founders, may be used solely for personal use and is not to be distributed without permission.

What Personal Information do we Collect?
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).
We collect, use, store and transfer several different types of information about you, which we have grouped together as follows:
• Identity Data includes first name, maiden name, last name, username or similar identifier, marital status, title, date of birth, and gender.
• Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.
• Financial Data includes bank account and payment card details. Please note, we will not store or collect your payment card details, such information (as detailed below) is provided directly to our third-party payment processors.
• Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of services you have purchased from us.
• Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.
• Profile Data includes your username and password, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback, and survey responses.
• Usage Data includes information about how you use our website, products, and services.
• Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.
If you fail to provide personal data
Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have, or are trying to enter into, with you (for example, to provide you with our services). • Automated technologies or interactions. As you interact with our website, we will automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. We collect this personal data by using cookies, server logs and other similar technologies.
• Third parties or publicly available sources. We will receive personal data about you from various third parties as set out below:
Technical Data from the following parties:
o analytics providers, such as Google, based outside the UK;
o advertising/marketing networks, such as Facebook, Genoo and EventBrite, based outside the UK; and
o search information providers, such as Google, based outside the UK;
Contact, Financial and Transaction Data from:
o providers of technical, payment and delivery services such as PayPal, or Elavon/Converge, based outside the UK;
o Social Media platforms or providers such as Eventbrite or other event sites, also social media networks such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
Use of your Personal Information
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
· Where we need to perform the contract that we are about to enter, or have entered, into with you.
· Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests, and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
· Where we need to comply with a legal obligation.
· Where processing your information is necessary for the provision of health care.
· Where it applies to the terms of our agreement such as recovering past funds owing.

With certain exceptions as detailed in the table below, we do not rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your personal data although we will get your consent before sending third party direct marketing communications to you via email or text message. We strive to provide you with choices regarding certain personal data uses, particularly around marketing and advertising. We have established the following personal data control mechanisms:
Promotional offers from us
We may use your Identity, Contact, Technical, Usage and Profile Data to form a view on what we think you may want or need, or what may be of interest to you. This is how we decide which products, services and offers may be relevant for you (we call this marketing).
You will receive marketing communications from us if you have requested information from us, or purchased goods or services from us, and you have not opted out of receiving that marketing.
We will get your express opt-in consent before we share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.
You can ask us or third parties to stop sending you marketing messages at any time by contacting us at any time.
Where you opt-out of receiving these marketing messages, this will not apply to the personal data provided to us as a result of a product/service purchase, warranty registration, product/service experience or other transactions.
Change of purpose
We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. If you wish to get an explanation as to how the processing for the new purpose is compatible with the original purpose, please contact us.
If we need to use your personal data for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you and we will explain the legal basis which allows us to do so.

Disclosures of Your Personal Data
Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your personal data with the parties set out below for the purposes set out in the “how we use your personal data” section above.

• Specific third parties as set out in the Glossary.
We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those from your jurisdiction.
We share your personal data within the Clearmind Group. If you are located outside Canada and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including personal data, to Canada and process it there.
In addition, many of our external third parties are based outside the UK (and the EEA), so their processing of your personal data will involve a transfer of data outside the UK and/or the EEA.
Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the UK or the EEA, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring at least one of the following safeguards is implemented:
• We will only transfer your personal data to countries that have been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection for personal data.
• Where we use certain service providers, we may use specific contracts approved for use in the UK or the EU which give personal data the same protection it has in the UK and the EU.

The security of your data is important to us but please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered, or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions, and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or other requirements.
By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.

In some circumstances we will anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
Your Data Protection Rights
Under certain circumstances, you have certain data protection rights. Clearmind aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your personal data.
In certain circumstances, you have the following data protection rights:
· The rights to access, update or to delete the information we have on you. Whenever made possible, you can access, update or request deletion of your personal data directly within your account settings section. If you are unable to perform these actions yourself, please contact us to assist you.
· The right of rectification. You have the right to have your information rectified if that information is inaccurate or incomplete.
· The right to object. where we are relying on a legitimate interest (or those of a third party) and there is something about your particular situation which makes you want to object to processing as you feel it impacts on your fundamental rights and freedoms; you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data.
· The right of restriction. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information.
· The right to data portability. You have the right to be provided (or to request that we provide a third party with) with a copy of the information we have on you in a structured, machine-readable, and commonly used format.
· The right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time where Clearmind relied on your consent to process your personal information.

No fee usually required
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive. Alternatively, we could refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
What we may need from you
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.
Time limit to respond
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it could take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
Legitimate Interest means the interest of our business in conducting and managing our business to enable us to give you the best service and the best and most secure experience. This may also include the interest of us providing you with our services, including healthcare for which you have requested or attending sessions/workshops. We make sure we consider and balance any potential impact on you (both positive and negative) and your rights before we process your personal data for our legitimate interests. We do not use your personal data for activities where our interests are overridden by the impact on you (unless we have your consent or are otherwise required or permitted to by law). You can obtain further information about how we assess our legitimate interests against any potential impact on you in respect of specific activities by contacting us.
Performance of Contract means processing your data where it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or to take steps at your request before entering into such a contract.
Comply with a legal obligation means processing your personal data where it is necessary for compliance with a legal or financial obligation that we are subject to.
Explicit Consent means processing your personal data where we have received a very clear and specific statement of consent. This may be specifically in relation to the collection of Special Data.
Provision of Health Care means processing your data where it is necessary in order to provide you with health care and/or services.
