Setting the foundations with your cofounder

In this interactive masterclass, you’ll explore how to find the right co-founder, build trust, align your vision, and set up ways of working that can survive the highs and lows of entrepreneurship.

You’ll take part in practical exercises and guided conversations designed to strengthen your partnership from the very start. We strongly encourage you to bring your co-founder along so you can work through activities together — but don’t worry if you don’t have one yet! Solo founders will also gain valuable insights into what to look for and how to build a strong collaboration when the time comes.

This session is for aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs who want to understand what makes a great co-founding relationship, and start build those foundations intentionally.

This session is led by Yoon-Joo Jee, an awarded social entrepreneur, certified facilitator, and experience designer, currently Entrepreneur in Residence at City, University of London.

Yoon-Joo has extensive experience designing and delivering workshops that spark creativity, collaboration and fresh thinking. Her work focuses on helping people step outside their comfort zones, experiment with bold ideas, and turn imagination into action.
